  This is a great hotel to stay at in Hamburg. It has a cozy feel, and good sized rooms and bathrooms. We were able to walk right into the city center in about 15 minutes, and another 5 minutes to the lake. The reception staff had always a nice word, recommended something, took time, simply took care of their customer in a professional way.
