  This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice. Afer the four nights stay I feel that hotels near Zoological Garten station is best used as a base if comparing other areas like Alexanderplatz and ... what people say » Hauptbahnhof. Counter staff are very courteous , room is modern, spacious and clean, bed and pillow are very comfortable, breakfast captain is very he - Booked three rooms for the weekend . The hotel is perfectly situated, only 100m from the Ku'damm with all the shops etc. Hotel & rooms were very well maintained and clean. Reception staff was very professional and helpfull. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds could be a softer though. Bar closes at 00.30, unfortunately they don't carry port or sherry... But a nice choice of whiskies aso. Breakfast is served as a buffet a
