  The receptionist was very nice and helpful. The room is clean and well equipped.The nearby S-bahn train station is under construction, so it's better and more convenient to take tram to the hotel. (From the main station you could take no. 16 and 17 which will stop just in front of the hotel. And the trams could take you to many tourist spots in Mu... what people say » nich, very convenient!) Supermarket nearby, will definitely stay here again! - The apartment was great; clean, beds were comfy and since we stayed in an apartment we didn't have to worry about the cleaning lady coming to bother us. Free Wi-Fi, just called down and got the codes for our boys to use on their ipod and phone. The tram was right across the street which helped so much. And with the hot temps while we were there, the A/C came in handy. We would stay here again.

  The location of the Hotel is great, exactly next to city center. The staff are efficient, friendly and were very helpful. Breakfast was nice and diverse. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. We easily found parking place for our car next to the hotel every day. The rooms were clean and we had a nice garden view. The hotel is quite near to the city center, approximately 10 minutes walking. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it’s good value for money - Reception staff is very friendly. Breakfast is common but no complain. Some reviewer says no wifi connection from their room and when I check-in staff said connection is only for common area, but I could connect from my single room on the top floor.

  Friendly staff. Although the location is close to the central station, it's in a rather dodgy area of town i.e. think night clubs, strip bars, but it was also just less than 10 minutes walking to Oktoberfest which was great. When you're inside the hotel though, it's far from dodgy. The halls, dining area and our room was very clean. No dust even i... what people say » n forgotten corners. Very well maintained. Only downside is shared WC but that doesn't really bother me because it's clean too. Shower was powerful an - Amazing breakfest and location. Staff was really cool, only once one lady was a little bit rude, but even so helped and solved our problem and in the other day, apologized and explained she was short staffed and was really not being able to handle everzthing. Even so it was shared WC, I had a shower and sink at my bedroom. Wifi signal was good, but other guests complained about it, I was lucky to stay close to a router.
