Everything. The rooms were excellent, everything needed was available and the laundry in the room. Sauna and pool were great. Most of all the breakfast was good and the staff especially Mr Negash Kebede and Zakaria were so polite and full of smiles. The ladies at the reception too were wonderful and very helpful, Katja was the name. Will certainly come back.

The staff throughout the hotel were efficient, friendly and helpful. The room was bigger than anticipated and was well heated. It had a tilt and turn safety feature built into the window.
