  This hotel for me was very comfortable. I had booked single room then requested a single superior. The single rooms are on the street side which could get quite noisy not a problem if you want to use the air-con. We had a one bedroom apartment which was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Don't be deceived by the surroundings when you walk down the street to the hotel. The breakfast buffet is excellent with great choice and very fresh. Location walking distance from Hauptbahnhof and therefore easy to get any where in Munich via the U bahn and S bahn.

  Friendly staff. Although the location is close to the central station, it's in a rather dodgy area of town i.e. think night clubs, strip bars, but it was also just less than 10 minutes walking to Oktoberfest which was great. When you're inside the hotel though, it's far from dodgy. The halls, dining area and our room was very clean. No dust even i... what people say » n forgotten corners. Very well maintained. Only downside is shared WC but that doesn't really bother me because it's clean too. Shower was powerful an - Amazing breakfest and location. Staff was really cool, only once one lady was a little bit rude, but even so helped and solved our problem and in the other day, apologized and explained she was short staffed and was really not being able to handle everzthing. Even so it was shared WC, I had a shower and sink at my bedroom. Wifi signal was good, but other guests complained about it, I was lucky to stay close to a router.

  The location of the Hotel is great, exactly next to city center. The staff are efficient, friendly and were very helpful. Breakfast was nice and diverse. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. We easily found parking place for our car next to the hotel every day. Some reviewer says no wifi connection from their room and when I check-in staff said connection is only for common area, but I could connect from my single room on the top floor.
