New hotel, are bright and large rooms ( we had a 501 502 - window left into an alleyway, it was quiet with the Windows open), bathroom accessories (even the Slippers were provided), the towels changed every day, coffee maker in room, tea-coffee making facilities replenished every day. Staff were friendly. Excellent location: only 1-2 minutes to the Central station, 3-5 minutes to the center, to the shopping street.
I recommend, if I will be back in Munich - we would definitely stay in this hote

The rooms were small but all newly decorated, very clean and they have everything you need. The breakfast is very nice. The location is very close to the central station, it's in a street with peepshows etc. but there are more hotels in the street and you don't feel unsafe. Очень новая гостиница. В хорошем месте - совсем близко к центу и когда идешь мимо ботанического сада по дороге бегают ёжики и кролики. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. Еду в гостинице не пробовали, тк в Мюнхене полно мест где можно прекрасно покушать.
РЕКОМЕНДУЮ: берите номера с видом на двор - там очень тихо и уютно, вид на улицу более шумный (но в пределах разумного).

Young guy on the desk went out of his way to reorganise rooms for us when we arrived really early in morning from the night train so we could check in straight away (at 8am) - even offered us breakfast there and then.
