  I was very impressed with this hotel and will be staying there on my next visit, no doubt about that.The members of staff who I spoke to, who were receptionists and bar staff, were efficient, professional and friendly. The room maid ensured that my room was spotless every day and staff members who I passed whilst moving around the hotel always smil... what people say » ed and said hello. - The location is phenomenal: it's right on the main SBahn line, but also just an easy 10 minute walk to the center of the city (Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt), right beside the Gastieg, etc. I liked that they provided coffee, tea and cocoa in the room.   Excellent location & easy to find if you arrive in Munich at the main train station. Room was modern, stylish, really clean, and large (especially by European standards). The free wifi worked great. Very nice amenities, including in-room safe, refrigerator with included bottled water & paid minibar setup, large flat-screen TV, kettle to bo... what people say » il water for coffee & tea, etc. Bathroom was really spacious, and the shower was large & roomy with both a luxurious rainshower showerhead and - New hotel, are bright and large rooms ( we had a 501 502 - window left into an alleyway, it was quiet with the Windows open), bathroom accessories (even the Slippers were provided), the towels changed every day, coffee maker in room, tea-coffee making facilities replenished every day. Staff were friendly. Excellent location: only 1-2 minutes to the Central station, 3-5 minutes to the center, to the shopping street. I recommend, if I will be back in Munich - we would definitely stay in this hote

The single rooms are on the street side which could get quite noisy not a problem if you want to use the air-con.
