The apartment itself is very nice: large, clean and functionally furnished for four people and is well equipped with radios, televisions, fast wlan etc. The owner Annette is utmost helpful helping you arrange anything you dare to ask, for us she even boutght tickets to the football match. We felt even more comfortable in Voltaire apartment than in the city itself.

Andreas, the owner, was so lovely and welcoming - he made sure we had everything we needed and gave us advice on Berlin & how to get around. He was also really flexible around our arrival times and helped store our luggage on the last day as we had a late flight out. All our queries before the holiday were answered quickly and thoroughly which was a big help. I really like the Aquino! It is a serene hotel yet it is very central in Berlin. The staff are always helpful and its very clean and does not crowd over you. It is always my first choice when am in Berlin though it is not always possible to get a room. -
