  The location of the hotel was excellent, just a 10 minute walk from the busy Ku'Dam area. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and curteous. Nothing was too much trouble for them, from ordering taxis to giving local advice. The breakfast is fantastic value for money - just make sure you are hungry!   Everything was superb! Fantastic location near the station, you go out and you can find everything you need at few steps. Huge and cleaned apartment with 2 bedrooms, a small but fully equipped kitchen, big bathroom, and 2 fantastic sofas where you can relax with your friends. No doubt we will return to Kaiser Apartments for our next stay in Berl - We have enjoyed staying in Kaiser apartment and to be honest we liked there everything. The stares are a little bit challenging but it is nothing to do with apartment itself. Marko the owner was very friendly and helpful, he made us discount due to some problems in heating system which was fixed immediately. Furthermore he had provided microwave the next day we checked in. We will definitely book this apartment again during our next visit in Berlin.
