Very clean, comfortable, well-organised hotel - a bit like a super-hostel! Our room was overlooking the courtyard, so was quiet and we could open the window - our friends overlookong the street found it noisy with the window open. The shower and separate loo was a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice and quality was very good. Very good choice for a city break - though a bit distant from central Berlin. Make sure you have a Berlin travel ticket and a good map of the S and U- B

Beautiful hotel with great design and view over the railway, best location next to fantastic restaurants, bars, shops and were able to find a parking spot just outside every night. The reception personnel were ok, the girls at the breakfast buffet (which was fantastic) were very polite and helpful - they surely deserved the tip. So was the bartend

Awesome staff especially front desk! Isabelle was very helpful. Rooms size was perfect with comfortable King bed. RainShower was so relaxing as well as Sauna on lower level. Since it was snowing the days I was there the lobby fire pit was great. Location awesome to get anywhere with the S-Bhangra only a block away. Several great local restaurants. Go to Berlin for ITB every year and already looking forward to return visit.

The hotel was perfectly placed, just a couple of minutes from the s-bahn at Savignyplatz, a non-stop trip of about 35-40 mins from Schönefeld airport, and the u-bahn at Uhlandstrasse. Many, many restaurants within a 5 minute walk, and plenty of bars and cafes. I really loved the location. Next to the U-bahn with multiple connections. Zoo Garden is steps away. World famous Theater literally next door. Shopping boulevard steps away. Food, banks anything you need literally at your finger tips. I didn't expect it to be this good. Rooms were fantastic. Very clean and modern. Safe provided. Sun blinds are electric. (You will see what I mean by that) Very quiet nights. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Staff were always on top of things.

The spa area is amazing.
Lot's of saunas to choose from and a huge variety of relaxation rooms. I could have stayed there for hours!

Staff was very good and helpful, check in and check out did not take ages, rooms & facilities were very clean (we loved the soap, shampoo and handsoap they had in the rooms, by the way), the first day of our staying, when we returned back to the room after a very long long day, we found two paper bags with an apple, a toblerone and juice/water!! How very thoughtful was that?? The staff was very polite and always willing to help!
