I was there to attend a performance at the Festspielhaus and the location was perfect for that adn teh old town. Staff were very friendly and I had an excellent lunch from the daily special menu, delicious and extremely good value and service. My standard single room was compact, very clean, comfy bed and met all my needs. - excellent location, h

Friendly staff, traditional Bavarian decor and uniform, very close to the railway station but only a short walk to the centre, excellent breakfast buffet without the usual irritating music in the background, which for me is a rare and very welcome occurrence. - The staff were friendly.
