The location was good. Very quiet, close to a underground / subway stop and close to free parking. The flat had good amenities - fast internet service, clean bathroom, good heating and hot water. The bed was comfortable, it had a huge balcony (which we didn't use) and there was a large, modern TV. -

The location was great, only 10 min walking till historical Check Point Charlie square & near to many other historical places. In Check Point Charlie you can get on “hop on hop off “tour buses if you want.

The receptionist was a bit rude to start with but later he was better. The receptionist later on the night was very nice. Even tho I didnt have the chance to visit the city, was very close to the citycentre and if I go back there, I may stay on the same hotel. Parking was 5euros per day if you buy from the hotel, but as I arrived late afternoon and left very early in the morning, i managed to find free parking 300metres from the hotel, just look around the residential areas if you dont want to

Location was great being close to the underground. We were given clear instructions on how to find the apartment and directions from airport. Nice apartment very close to the Bernauer Str U-Bahn Stn. These apartments are managed through the nearby Raja Jooseppi Cafe and, despite first appearances, this was in fact a lovely little cafe with very friendly staff and some of the best coffee in Berlin. The menu was limited but the food excellent.

The apartment was the perfect size for a couple with extra pull out beds for a family group. Excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities and lots of storage. The apartment was pretty big and well equipped with everything you need for a few days. We enjoyed the BluRay Player! The restaurant is great for breakfast/dinner, with very tasty and modern cuisine. The apartment is in a good location, between PrenzlauerBerg and Mitte. The U-Bahn and StrassenBahn (BernauerStrasse) are just a few minutes walking from the apartment. Clean room, small but practical. Loads of bars/resteraunts just up the road, plus there was a market round the corner on certain dates. Serviced by two Ubahn stations a v short distance away that will get you into central Berlin easily enough. Not going to win any awards, but for the price per night exaclty what we needed

Stayed in Berlin for Depeche Mode at O2 World, so location was excellent, about 10 mins walk away.
Also close-by are very good transport links.
Was very pleasantly surprised how quiet and peaceful it was, when in our room.

Located in Friedrichshain, very near U and S-Bahn stations. The area is a bit edgy with lots of night-life....but it still felt safe. Excellent facilities with a modern lobby. It felt more like a hotel than a hostel. Interesting historical building with an amazing courtyard in centre of the building. Double rooms had a/c which was greatly appreciated in a heat wave.
