For me this hotel was very good located. Near is shoping area, concert halls and very good Jazz club "Quasimodo". In the road crosses are food and fruit shops. - Nice clean hotel close (10minute walk) to Zoologischer Garten. Good breakfast!

Great location in a walking distance to KaDeWe, Kurfurstendamm Strasse and Berlin Zoo. Subway station is just few meters away from the hotel. There is a supermarket just across a street and few restaurants around the hotel. Rooms are quite big and clean with free wi-fi. Staff is friendly and helpful. -

The owner, Armani and his wife took care of me as if I had been a member of their family. They were so kind and caring, it was incredible. I will go back next year for the Berlinale, without a doubt. I only stayed one night, but it was very nice. A big clean room with a big comfortable bed, a nice desk to work in the window, and fast wifi. It is an easy walk from the U-Bahn station.
The hosts were very welcoming. I arrived wet from the rain, and they put out hot tea for me, and even loaned me an umbrella for the day.

We loved everything! The location is perfect. the facility is very clean. The continental breakfast was just right. Is located between 2 ubahn stations ( wittenbach and the one we used Nollendorf.) There are many nice cafes within 2 blocks and a wonderful grocery store across the street. It is just 2 blocks to KaDeWe and a post office.
