That was our business trip and this hotel is really nice. Clean, new and comfortable rooms. Very helpful hosts Stephanie and Thomas. Quietest place and just about 15 minutes by steps to the downtown. Near you can find great supermarket and not far from - beer and vine market. I really like the location to the old city center. A friend lent me a bike that make my exploring bliss. Konstanz has wonderful bike paths and walking trails. This is very good place to stay! The staff are excellent. Stephanie was great for answering all of my questions.
all reviews » We had a deluxe room, and it was very spacious, so we have no problem to fit there with two kids. Facilities are new, and room was very clean. Stuff was very friendly. Check in procedure - via terminal, very nicely done. Have stayed here now on 3 occasions. Its about the cheapest place to stay in Konstanz and the facilities are generally good. Very clean accommodation and staff when there are informative. Room are spacious and comfortable. Staff is incredible supporting and helping. They and the owner were willing to help us on a trouble we had during our stay. I really recommends 110%. Never have I ever lived in such a nice hotel that feels like at home. With clean wash room, sofa, dishes, microwave oven, etc, etc. Line 6 and 9A just passing it, quite convenient. Located in nice area, 10min away walking from city center, great decorations and absolute clean, lots of space, small kitchen applicances included, perfect for longer stays. The flat was really nice and well furnished, the balcony was very enjoyable when we had sunny weather. It was well located, very close to Konstanz city center and the lac. Our studio was entirely new and very comfortable, it had alll we needed and more. The place is quiet and 10 min of walking from the old town. Very helpful staff especially Thomas. Immaculate, large and very well equipt rooms. We would defiantly stay there again. the 3rd time we stayed there but probably the last. big room with kitchen facilities, near the river and the old town. spacious, clean, well-equipped apartment with secure storage for bikes in underground carpark. - self check-in method. - the apartment is close to the center and well equipped. quiet clean hotel great as a base for cycling round Bodensee easy check-in. having a balcony large enough could quite confortably sit outside. I am not quite sure about the location(stay for only one night), but I feel very happy to stay in my room. It is very comfortable!. Was modern furniture and check in fasy by credit card with machine. lovely apartment with great kitchen and nice bathroom. Is quite close to old city center. Limited reception hours. Mattress was too soft. Bar table instead of normal height table, was absolutely inconvenient for us, as we had kids. The car park spaces are extremely tight and if you get back later at night when most spaces are taken its quite a task trying to navigate into the available spaces. Wifi is free but have noticed that signal quality does vary depending on where in building your situated. I found haus 3 to have a far better signal quality than haus 1. Nothing we really like this flat. No free parking nearby. price going up but quality goes down. mattresses should have been replaced long time ago. asking extra money for services like changing towels and sheet that are free in other hotels. as for the free services like toilet paper you have to wait over 8 hours. balcony over looked a building site slightly impersonal ...I only saw one member of staff to check out and that took 15 seconds! Couldn´t get air conditioning to cool down room easily. for four nights could change the towels once without extra fees. check-in at the "ATM". I didn't feel "welcomed", without staff on duty at check-in. Subsequently the whole hotel gave us an "anonymous" feeling. the cold !. Ladder in room. Internet speed is not enough. Was not clean when we came also you need pay fir change towels. A long walk from the train station. A bit high-priced for the size & facilities of the room. Very expensive. Poor location for the town. Difficult to find. Very small duvets for the beds?. The breakfest was very very poor.Small underground parking place.Overpriced.100 euros per night with breakfast and parking included would be a fair price for an appartment.
