  The apartment was a real home-away-from-home, with a very welcoming feeling to it. This feeling was apparent every time we returned from a day out. The views from the lounge/dining room windows was a mountain scape, and included wild deer at times! The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We want to stay in this area again, and Berghaus Alpe... what people say » nland Klais would definitely be our first choice as it's quiet day and night, and also spacious but with the appealing Germanic cosy feel. - The Berghaus Alpenland Apartments are set in a peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful countryside with mountains and lakes etc. We found the staff very helpful and the rooms clean and well equipped. Klais is close to the main towns of Garmisch and Mittenwald and is an ideal base for exploring Bavaria, Austria & Italy. We will definitely be booking again next year.

  We stayed in a room with 2 bedrooms and a large family room with a small kitchen. The rooms were private with their own doors. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The owners were very helpful with directions and general questions. The hotel is close to the train station. Laundry is available at nearby Mittenwald. Breakfast is available for a smal... what people say » l fee. - A very friendly guesthouse owned by Uwe and Regina who cannot do enough for you. They are a lovely couple who go out of their way to make your stay very comfortable. The breakfast had a wide choice and plentiful. I would use this guesthouse again and would recommend it.
