On main tram route but double glazing so noise was minimised.
- No separated rooms, i.e., one big open space appartment
- Parking situation.
The building site next door from 07:00 until 17:00 mon to Friday, and until midday Saturday!! Then the noise from the neighbours with loud music 5 out of seven nights stay until the early hours of the morning!! No washing machine in actual flat as advertised. Also jack hammer noise during second day which lasted a few hours. Many sleepless nights!!.
