The staff was wonderful and the rooms were spacious. The B&B is.literally 4 minutes walking distance from.downtown Kaiserslautern a.k.a K-Town where there are shops and places to get food and see amazing churches.and sculptures. If you book a hotel at B&B ag this location, I guarantee you will love your stay because of the hotel and the amazing location.
all reviews » I liked the fact that my room was on the bottom floor and my friend was 3rd floor and had asked if possible for a room near my friend and was given an excellent room (twin) with no extra cost I found this tops, the service was very very good and I have nothing bad to say here I was 100% pleased with everything. Check in was easy, there is ample parking at a reasonable cost, the rooms are clean and light and comfortable, the location is good for walking into the old town, there's a park nearby, the breakfast was reasonably price with an excellent choice of items to eat and with a fabulous coffee and hot drinks machine. Fantastic stay! We were in Kaiserslautern for only one night and so we wanted a clean place to stay for the night at an inexpensive price. This hotel was perfect. Wonderful customer service, very clean facilities, fantastic breakfast, and easy walking distance to the downtown area, thanks!. This hotel is definitely not your typical vintage European hotel. The facility is new and clean with a modern style design. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect just outside the city center. The staff was great and friendly. The European style breakfast was excellent. it was new clean , and super comfortable beds!!!!!! The Highlight of the Hotel The kindness of the all stuff , but in particular this young man, Moham I think the name was , I am not sure If I spell it right, he was the sweetess guy, super helpful and nice !. Close to The train station and Downtown Kaiserslautern. I had a really good stay. The staff was really welcoming and friendly, the room super cosy and comfortable and super clean. Also beeing just a minute away from the station was perfect. I could just fall into the bed after my long journey. Exceptionally helpful and kind staff. A lovely warm welcome. The staff was great, very welcoming. The hotel is very new and clean. The location was great-just a few minute walk from downtown (a lot of restaurants and shopping). The room is not full, so I get to early check-in. New hotel, near the train station. Very clean inside, you can leave your things in the hotel after you check-out. Front desk agent opened the door for me. He was also very fast at providing the key and directing me where my room was. He also had a friendly efficient attitude. Parking was fine for us, but I can see how someone can have an issue with parking. The hotels parking is behind the hotel and there are about 8 spots. It seems to be public parking. Get a spot and dont move unless you have too, thats my advice for that. Everything is in walking distance anyways, tpu shouldnt really have to drive anywhere unless you are trying to leave the town. Nothing. Nothing to complain. could have used 2 extra power sockets, lack of mini-bar/fridge. The reception closed earlier than it says, so I couldn't borrow a drier and had to slept with wet hair. Logging into the wifi internet process took too long and was not as fast as I'd like. Also, only one device was allowed to log onto the wifi. Not good for folks who have an iPad, iPhone, and laptop, or for multiple people in same room with their own needs and devices. Minimum - forgotten small papier from the candy on the carpet when comming in. Nothing. The floor of the shower in the bathroom is very slippery. In the bathroom walls have few places to hang towels and clothes. Do not have a hairdryer. there wasn't much parking available onsite. awkward design of entrance door, on street where there is no auto access. No rack to hang towel on in bathroom. Noice from the street. There was dust on the bedside table. Breakfast was not that great. Nothing. 125 TV channels - only found 2 In English. Internet access did not work. We were unable to register and therefor could not connect. Also, we were charged for parking and there were no free parking spaces to park in. Not enough parking available if the hotel is booked for the night. We had to walk 15 min and pay 6E to park. Oh well, we checked in very late!. I could hear everything in the room. People were very loud at 02.00 am. The shower wasn't that clean and had a nasty smell. Not enough parking place. That my vacation was over :-). Breakfast was a bit boring, good quality though. it is not on the cheap side of life. It would be nice to have a hairdryer in the room. Lack of parking, I think they are building a parking garage next door though. No comments. That u have to pay for ur coffee in the morning.
