Its location, levels of security and value for money. Clean and nice.friendly staff. The staff was very kind and helpfull. Some rooms are located above market storage and there was loudly noise of electric motors in the early morning when the cooling system was operating. bit noisy but otherwise all hunky dory. Nobody in the reception in the evening and at night. Walls need repainting. Some windows overlook a graveyard. Not enough tables in the breakfast room.
