It was very quiet in the hotel and the room and bathroom were fairly big. The location was amazing...5 minutes to the station, 5 minutes to the clubs and shopping all around. very good location in the center within a pedestrian area (and not too loud during the nights); staff was friendly and helpful. -good breakfast -amazing location (it's easy to reach central railway station and citycenter) -clean room.

A manageress bursting into our room to tell a cleaner off for not cleaning our room, (which I hasten to add she had done and very well) the manageress continued her tirade even though my husband was asleep in the room, whilst I just stood there in my PJ's gobsmacked :-) But I has made a funny story to tell all my friends :-). old room with torn curtains; you can heard the noise of other rooms & the door moves whenever blows; poor facilities, no internet access in the room, but Ok in the lobby; uncomfortable pillow, no telephone at room, tv not working; Cleanliness in the rooms let to be desired; poor breakfast. I don't know, but it feels a bit like traveling back to '90s... Thin curtains did not darken the room enough for a good night's sleep. TV did not work. When arriving late there was no facilities open in the hotel to get a drink. The facilities only seem to be available at breakfast. Warm orange juice at breakfast. Expensive related to the hannover fair most hotel are stupidly priced and beeing a customer with no alternative!!! This notice belongs to the entire city during exhibition periods. This was a very basic room and the bathroom was not that clean looking but it was all just ok. Extremely high prices (in all hotels) due to CeBit fair. Normally the price would be 1/3 of what we paid... No internet 4/5 days. and when it was avaliable the speed was awsome (to load gmail web interface was impossible), although through thunderbird I somehow managed to send mail, but at 23.00 internet was again gone. Basic facilities could not get wireless outside the lobby. shower was poor tv had no english channels. A Cold Atmosphere ! It is needing a refurbishment ! OK for the price and one night passing through !. There was no 24hr reception desk which is partly why I booked the hotel as I may have needed a taxi to the airport at 4:30am. I couldn't even get into the reception area to hand my key back and so left it on the locked door handle to reception. One of the electricity sockets was hanging off the wall. no internet you can here the guy from the net room snoaring. - Internet shortages throughout my stay at the Hotel and no response from the staff to my compaints about it - On one day the room was left unlocked (probably by the cleaning staff)!!!!. There are television , but no channels. Internet but no ip. Dirty room razor blade in drawer, large gap under the door. Parking was booked by us but they told us it was full. Don't bother booking parking as it is cheaper to park in multi storey car park and if you stay on Sunday the church bells will wake you up. The experience in overall was not good, no warm water in the shower, poor breakfast and dirty rooms. Will not return.
