Staff were friendly enough. Rooms were very clean and very spacious, however we all got single beds-although I'm sure if we had asked we could have been moved to double rooms. Very good value for money especially as breakfast included! Very handy location with two ubahn stops close by. Would recommend. I thought the hotel was very well-appointed. Each detail had been worked out. The room (and bed) was very comfortable. All was clean. Bathroom good, shower good. Lighting good. Quiet. Air conditioning if required. Good breakfast.
all reviews » The room was very nice, good size and clean (the same goes for the bathroom). Staff was friendly, bit confused with English depending who did you bump into. All in all good hotel for a short stay with a good connections to the city. One of the best hotels I stayed in . You get a lot for your money . I will be back . Special thanks to the cleaning personal who did an awesome job for one week because with black tiles and glas shower door it is not an easy job!. Well located hotel only 3 subway stops away from the train station. Overall it's about 10 minutes from the centre of the city. Very comfortable room and the bathroom was very nice. Breakfast was included and it was good. Absolutely great for 3* hotel. Supermarket in just 10 meters from the main entrance. Reasonable 10EUR for the paid underground parking. Only one little niggle, my sister would have liked a cup of English tea in the mornings as she doesn't like Darjeling etc. Standard of room cleanliness. Easy lift availability. Double bedroom large and en- suite very well decorated and functional. Top marks here. Store next door to purchase food and drinks. I was really impressed about the Spanish speaking staff by their professionalism, sympathy and wiliness to make my stay more confortable. Special mention to Carmen. We had a problem with one of the city bikes and the receptionist sorted it out for us. All staff were friendly and exteremely helpful. the hotel is located near to A subway station with easy access to the airport and city centre. also supermarket and restuants nearby. Breakfast staff were a little slow to replenish during busy times, but it was very busy after 9.30am each morning. But a very minor complaint and we solved it by going earlier for breakfast on the second morning!. I think it is ridiculous to have to pay for internet in 2013, no matter how symbolic the price is. The breakfast was very poor, cheap things, baked frozen products, nothing warm, if you go to any cafe you would have way better and cheaper breakfast than this. Internet fee. I didn't like the fact that I had to pay to use the wifi. I think it should always be free of charge. Also, breakfast was good but it was only cold breakfast, so I think it would have been nice to have some hot stuff as well for breakfast. Paid Wifi? Guys, it's 2013. I appreciate their will to earn some more on selling WiFi. But that should have been done a few years ago, not now. We had some problems with ventilation, it was a bit too hot and we've run out of fresh air by morning. We had to open a window and it was extremely loud when it's opened. But it could also be that we didn't make proper settings on the ventilation. Breakfast really boring. OK, I know it's really a business persons hotel and used for one night stays but the breakfast never altered from one day to the next - rolls, jam, meat and cheese. Would have been nice to have bacon or sausages, something cooked. Nothing. no fridge in room. Nothing. Everything was great. nothing. Bit short of wardrobe space and hangers. No complimentary wifi, no mini bar. To get to the hotel's temp parking (on/off load) from basement parking need to drive some hundred meters to make a u-turn. Twice. there is nothing that we didn't like... there wasn't any toiletry s apart from hand or body wash. it would be nice to have some complimentary drink or water. Internet connection (only for 1 device) and low speed for 5€ 24h. sometimes it was a bit crowded for breakfast, but in the end you can get your croissant and cup of coffee. _. Breakfast could be better. Breakfest capacity poor!. I didnt like the hotel charging for internet. I liked everything. My room was a little bit too hot. Where was the A/C?, did not see any in my room.... (According to the letsbookhotel.com there should be A/C in this hotel or had I misunderstood that detail?). Paying 5€ extra for internet. Poor breakfast buffet. Nothing. some missing things, shower gel not beeing refilled even by personal request, staff entering the room despite negative response in the morning. wifi is not free, but with low cost at 5EUR per day. Internet was at extra charge, Only German tv channels. The internet was not free, the bad was too small, the pillows were to small. The accommodations were fine. The location was a little further from the Haufbann than was expected. We could have used two chairs in the room, seeing as how there were two guests. Washcloths for bathing the face would have been appreciated. the towels were a bit thin. Quality of the bed, it moved far too much so that when one turned in sleep the other almost fell out of it. No free Wifi internet. We did not get the room that we booked. The bed was too small for two people and too soft. Wrong assigned room after purchased with booking. No compensation for it. Overprized hotel value. Price was really high for what we had. Breakfast short for what we paid. Breakfast is horrible-no warm meal, only two choices of cheese and sausage..AND You have to stay in a queue to get an access to meal and coffee. Bathroom is modern, however quite small. Bed: too small, only 1 bedcover, too soft - uncomfortable!.
