Arrived late (midnight), reception desk staffed until 10.30PM. E-mailed hotel in advance and staff very helpful in arranging key for me. Good three-star hotel. Nice continental buffet breakfast. Excellent location beside the station and near shops and cafe/bars and restaurants. Spectacular view of the mountains form the room. Good value for money. 4 person room was great - a tad small, but we didn't spend much time in there. Very close to train station, which was a plus for us. Gorgeous older hotel with updated rooms.

The street outside tended to be a bit noisy at night - train / bus station and taxi rank.Internet in lobby was not working when we were there; One of the front desk staff was a bit rude. no parking - this was available at a fee from a communal car park about 10 minutes walk away. Rooms are small but pratical. The towels were very rough, and the hotel is right across the street from a bar and the taxi pick up point, which could be noisy late at night. This didn't bother me but if you're a light sleeper it could be a problem. Only the owners of the hotel spoke English, which made communication with the other staff a little difficult. But, they were all very friendly and tried very hard to communicate.The receptionist hardly know any english. It was very difficult making her understand what we wanted. But she somehow managed well. The breakfast was not so good.Room was way too small. to small room for four persons. Arrived during teh Euro Football toutnament - it was very very noisy late into the night. noise of buses/ taxis outside hotel. No one at the reception, and the bathroom was very small.
