The breakfast is one of the best and the free mini bar is a nice touch--the mine bar was really cold so the liquids esp. refreshing. The location, next to the train station makes it a breeze in and out of airport better than airport hotels.

During my one night stay there I met 5 people of the staff and they were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel's fashion is new,it gives you a feeling that its a 5 stars hotel although its not,staff are very friendly,the hotel's location is excellent just 2 train stations from Frankfurt HBF,very easy to find beside Messe train station, and just 15 minutes walk from city center,it is in a very quiet area where you can enjoy rest @ night,in my next visit to Frankfurt I will sure stay again in this wonderful hotel

The roomw as definitely big enough for my wife, self and teenage son. Would have been nice to have a double bed for my wife and i, but it wasn't horrible either. I thoguht itw as a good location actually and comfortable. Quite area save for one or two people in park below, but don't blame the hotel for that. - Staff were excellent ,nothing was too

Firstly, the location is perfect. Situated just 10 minutes walk from the train station, means you can commute from the airport to the train station and walk with your baggage to the hotel.

I needed to stay overnight in Frankfurt and chose this hotel located in the city rather than one at the airport. This hotel is halfway between the train station and the old town, close to the river. Easy walk to the Christmas market in the evening. The streets around it are not very pleasant, though I did not feel the least bit unsafe even at night. There is a number of ethnic restaurants nearby. Inside the hotel is very nice and clean. My room had modern decor, in dark tones with bright recess

We booked two standard rooms to accommodate us and our two teenagers. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Location was ideal to Frankfurt-Main airport and we LOVED the terrace outside our room. We enjoyed elegant riesling from the bar and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My stay at meininger Hotel Frankfurt Main worked out flawlessly. For
the 39 euros, a clean, no frills stay was exactly what I wanted. I got
to the hotel using their free shuttle. As I have read other reviews
before, it can get full easily, but the driver handled it well: 2 of us
were instructed to get into another shuttle for another hotel that had
room, and it dropped us off near the hotel, and soon the other full
shuttle came behind with our bags. That is pretty good collaboration!

I found the staff friendly and very helpful. An example of this was despite having to leave at 5.30am on my last morning, they still produced a good buffet breakfast including fresh coffee. - Staff directed us to best food for our one night stay. Great directions in using local transit service. They also offered extra early breakfast.
