Very nice and very elegantly furnished one room apartment, everything was new and perfectly clean.
Fully equipped (washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and iron board, coffe machine, kettle, toaster and microwave)
Kitchen is separated and is big enough to cook easily
Photos shows exactly what you get and the price is fair
Nice terrace, free parking nearby and a bus stop just across the street

Excellent apartment to stay in for leisure or business. Clean and comfortable, very well done up in a modern style. Kitchen was well appointed as in the photo and the bed was very comfortable. Would have enjoyed the lovely plasma telly only sadly TV in Germany is all in German!
The owner was excellent at communicating and was available over email at all times to answer questions. He was also very knowledgeable about the area and was able to tell us about amenities and transport.

Location did require getting a bus or taxi into the town centre. Buses did run on time and regularly and weren't unreasonable in price but this apartment isn't situated in the middle of the action if that is what you are after!.
The description said fully equipped kitchen, but the kitchen was under construction. No sink, no worktop, no cupboard.
The owner refused to give even a small discount.
Bed linen seems like secondary use. Owners not reachable.
