  Lovely place - staff/owners really friendly, good beer and food, room modern and spotless. Terrace overlooks the river. We stopped here on way up to the Nurburgring so very convenient for that.   The place is wonderful. Rolfo the owner was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. The views from the windows are spectacular over the vineyards. The room is equipped with a little kitchen that has everything you need if you prefer eating at home. Very clean as well. We did not use the pool, but we saw it and it is great! Right next to the house there is a wonderful bakery that serves breakfas - The owners are very helpful, the indoors pool is quite nice (try jacuzzi-like thing, very funny :), our appartment was really comfortable and very clean, the view from the window fascinating (vineyards on the high slope over the Mosel river), nice promenade on the Mosel river and hiking trails just outside the door. Very good! Do not miss Dax winestube and Mosela schinkenstube and the bakerei just in front of the latter.

  The rooms were large and nice with balconies. The food was excellent. The owner was very friendly and spoke very good English. He gave us tips for seeing the area. The rate I paid was very good for a single room of this quality. I would definitely go back. - very nice staff and clean room

  The hotel was really nice and the staff friendly. And on Easter morning they had a small Easter surprise for every quest. It made the stay more personal. - The staff was so friendly and personable. The hotel was well kept, and obviously cared for.

  Our apartment was spacious and located in a wonderful old building and was very quiet. Despite real winter weather the rooms were easy to heat. - Nice people! Nice Mosel!

  Located in a quiet village just a few minutes from the bustle of Cochem, the apt was well located. The kitchen was small but serviceable. The church bells stopped ringing at 10 pm and didn't begin until 7:30 in the morning - thankfully!
