Good price with exception of second night rates, inflated owing to big event happening, beware of travelling during major conferences and events, price is four times normal daily rate.   very friendly staff working there, we came there about 10:00 AM (before check in time) and our room was ready and they even invited us for free breakfast that day. Every day breakfast was delicios with very fresch bread, meat, different cheese, cereals, coffee.....Room was very spacious and clean with almost new furniture.   Very nice hotel, excellent breakfast, helpful staff One of the best hotels I have ever stayed - Friendly "small hotel" welcome and service. Responded to email and gave advance info re restaurants etc. Good location and fair room price. Lovely breakfast. Nearby tram stop for easy travel to/from city centre. Recommended and would use again.
