big comfortable room with balcony and big bathroom. great breakfast. friendly staff. great value. free entry into the swimming complex across the road. walking distance to restaurants and cafes. this is not a complaint, just advice: there is a city tax not included in the price - make sure you pay this tax to the receptionist on arrival at the hotel, as the receipt gives you free access to the beach. (Otherwise you will have to pay 2.80 euros per person to visit the beach.). all reviews »

Please note that the ahoi! centre is closed for 3-4 weeks each November. The sauna area, thalassotherapy facilities, and spa remain open during this period.

Take the highway till the exit to Altenwalde. At the first junction take a right towards Cuxhaven. At the next intersection take a left into Theodor-Heuss-Allee. Keep going straight down the Döser Feldweg, which will pass into the Heinrich-Grube-Weg. At the second intersection take a right into the Duhner Allee and an immediate left into the Wehrbergweg. On the left hand side you will see the Hotel.
