  Everyone was most attentive to any need we had and very friendly. Stephanie made our check in/out easy, and answered all our questions. The other two gentlemen where just as efficient, friendly and helpful in any manner they could be. We were very happy with the accommodations and the staff. - Everything was superb. The staff were friendly, helpful... what people say » and responded rapidly to requests of all kinds. The rooms were comfortable, well equipped and quiet. The restaurant Maurice was expensive, but given the standards of both food and service, more than justified the cost.

  Great location on Neumarkt (main square) in historic Dresden. Ultra modern; very tastefully done; excellent -- and consistent -- decor. Good value. We had a lovely room,great location, the swimming pool was great, the dining room has an amazing chef that makes amazing food, but best of all the staff were all wonderful.
