I have seen many hotels, but this one exceed my expectations and experience hundred times. Incredible clean. More clean than in my own house, and have in mind that I am perfectionist in cleaning. Whitest linen, whitest dressing gown, The appearance of the hotel is classic, bright colours in the room. Breakfast absolutely enough, served in the cover garden . We had a very early leaving, so the hotel staff prepared for us 2 bags with food. Location is 10 min.away from the Old Town. Near you have .
all reviews » Great location, close to the touristy center but in a very quiet area, also close to the area with cafes, restaurants, bars and small artsy shops. Comfortable beds, on our request down comforters and pillows that we were allergic to were changed for synthetic hypoalergenic ones. Wonderful, comfortable and beautiful bathroom. Free fast internet. good location, elegant surroundings and facilities! In addition, the house itself is very historic. It also suits the business traveler because of Free WIFI. Definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed.What is more wonderful than staying such a nice hotel in Dresden, city of Baroque?. The staff was second to none. My wife and I have had the opportunity to travel in many European countries and we were pleasantly surprised with the extremely large room as well as the 2 bathrooms. FANTASTIC PROPERTY! I would recommend this hotel as a romantic weekend getaway. The booking of a deluxe double room provided outstanding value. The staff were super helpful. The 'Carousel' restaurant degustation dinner is not to be missed. Good location if you are traveling by train. The hop on/off tour stops 2 blocks away. Shopping area cloese by with places to eat. The only thing I could recommend that a fan can be put in the bathroom. Nothing not to like, but if there was a tea/coffee station in the room like in most Four Seasons hotels, Radissons etc, it would be fantastic. It is unusual for Germany, but is a really convenient feature. The staff said that we had breakfast during our stay when check out but actually we didn't. Don't understand why the hotel made a mistake of this kind. We had a car so it was easy for us to move about within the city. If travelers are wanting to walk to the river sights it may be a bit far. the drawback being the absence of any sort of pool. If I wanted to stay in summer in Dresden I think a pool would be a requirement. nothing!. A bit of local traffic noise in the morning, even though we were on an upper level, overall, not bad though. This was the only hotel on our trip who made us wait for our room. Huge hotel and we only saw a few people while there yet they made us wait 2 and a half hours before our room was ready. They also charged our Visa a week before we even arrived when we had planned on paying in local currency like it says on the booking confirmation. Their breakfast buffet was way over priced. The Hotel was out of brochures etc in English. It did not appear to be a hotel for touring guests. The walk each day back and forth to the old city was further then anticipated, especially in the rain and cold winds ,and carrying packages. The breakfast was unique and very pricy I felt some of the staff felt unconvinced by "the guests".

Travelling information

When approaching from on the A4 motorway from Bautzen and Berlin (A13 motorway) take the exit Dresden Hellerau.
From here take the street Hansestraße, direction Stadtzentrum (city centre). Drive under the railway bridge next to the Dresden-Neustadt railway station and straight on along Hainstraße. Stay in the left lane.
After about 200 metres, before the next set of traffic lights, turn left into the second street after the railway station in the direction of Palaisplatz.
At Palaisplatz (square) turn left in the first street, Königstraße.
After the second crossing you will see the Bülow Palais hotel. The entrance to the underground car park is at the back of the hotel.

When approaching on the A4 from the direction of Chemnitz, Eisenach take the Dresden Neustadt exit.
From this exit drive in the direction of Pieschen/Mickten – NOT Zentrum!
Drive along the Lommatzscher Straße which turns into Leipziger Straße.
Stay on the right-hand side of Leipziger Straße and keep driving, also driving underneath the railway bridge.
After about 200 metres, before the next set of traffic lights, turn left into the second street after the railway station and then take a sharp right in the direction of Palaisplatz.
At Palaisplatz (square) turn left in the first street, Königstraße.
After the second crossing you will see the Bülow Palais hotel. The entrance to the underground car park is at the back of the hotel.

When approaching from Dresden Airport take the exit to the left for Karl-Marx-Straße, at the first big crossing, in the direction Stadtzentrum (city centre).
This street turns into Königsbrücker Straße. Keep to the right, still driving towards Stadtzentrum, where in about 15 minutes you will reach the Albertplatz (just keep following the tram lines).
At Albertplatz (square), which is a big crossing, drive straight ahead and get into the right lane.
At the roundabout take the third exit, to the right, into Königstraße.
Just after the second crossing, you will see the Bülow Palais hotel on your left. The entrance to the underground garage is at the back of the hotel.
