Hotel staff was perfect and variety of the breakfast was very good too :-). The staff were all excellent. Receptionist tried to be very helpful. The friendly and helpful hotel staff were the only good thing about this establishment.Closed hours in the bar. the beds were not very comfortable. Ambient temperature was below freezing at night but the heating in my room did not work! Complained, but very difficult to contact reception as it was not manned for a long time. Asked for a rebate in the morning as we had paid in advance but was informed that an engineer would have to check out the heating first at 0900. We had to depart at 0830...Have had no information from hotel since. Also there was a strong smell coming from, I believe, the shower drain. all reviews »
The bar and restaurant was closed for a fortnight due to staff holidays! The internet was not available anywhere in the hotel. The shower room was too small. The carpet was stained. There was only one pillow in the room.

Coming from the train station take a taxi (driving time 15 minutes).
Or take the S6 for about 15 minutes. At the S-Bahn train station turn left onto Theodor-Heuss- Ring. You will reach the hotel after about 5 minutes.
By airplane:
