The hotel is very clean and located right next to the central train station. The staff is very friendly. The room is quite big. Reasonable price. I would stay there again. There was a lot of variety in the breakfast every morning and the room was clean, if a little on the small side by American standards. I would stay here again.the staffs are friendly and helpful. the room is spacious except that no air-condition. good breakfast and great, great location!!.

Despite the heating of the room was efficient enough, an extra blanket would have been nice... just because with only the "édredon" (eiderdown) available, which was not so long, is easy to wake up in the night without anything on you! Free wireless internet for guests should also be implemented... nowadays (and for the 110€ asked) is not understandable why this service is not included!... One person from the hotel staff who works during the breakfast is not very friendly and not polite.The hotel should get new pillows. A small thing but important. Room was very small. Not sure was this because I requested a double bed. You could only get out of the bed on one side! The room beside us had twin beds and was a much bigger room.Language - understandably it is Germany and for the most part, all info is in German. The point they could consider is to have room details in both German and English which is also an international language. The cost of the rooms. Room was on the back of the hotel and was quite noisy from the railway station. No coffee/tea facilities in the room. No extra pillows. Room was quite cold at night.
