The hotel was very good. Nice location, right in the center of town. We did not use the "wellness" facilities but I saw them and they looked great. The staff did not speak English... nothing! I said that I had a reservation and got a ??? face, being reservirung the word in German. In the information center no English also. Overall it is very good and the breakfast was very good also. You could hear everything in the nearby rooms, and I mean everything!!! They should implement a better sound proof of the rooms.
