The staff, the food and the whole atmosphere was excellent. Well worth a further visit if I'm in Berlin. Clean, good service, excellent breakfast.This hotel has beautiful facilities, was convenient to publictransportation and had a great complimentary breakfast. I wouldcertainly recommend it to others. Excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable room, friendly helpfullstaff, convenient location for public transport.

The breakfest was rich and diverse, I enjoyed it very much. The stuffwas very efficient - when we had a problem with our suitcase atechnician came quickly and solved the problem.The comfort and cleanliness of the room. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Bedroom too hot and could not turn the radiator off without having a terrible noise.wifi internet is either 8EUR per hour or 29EUR per 30 days no other option!? this should be free service considering how much internet connection cost these days... there was no air condition, and it was pretty hot during night. Only a small groan, it did not have a kettle in the room and i booked a 'Comfort' room, which was supposed to be an upgrade to a standard room, therefore i felt i wasn't getting value for money. The heat was'nt working however we were offered a small fan heater. Again Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room would have been a bonus, along with extra pillows.the heat was'nt working - we were offered a different room .poor drainage in the bathromm. this hotel needs airconidtioning system.The weather in Germany is not any more like 10 years ago. We have a lot of hot days!. more English speaking staff. Noise from road and lifts, hard bed, small duvet, no bath, shower curtain rather than glass.
