Very good and personal service, a clean and new hotel. we went with two couples and had a double room with a sittingroom in front of them, very nice and quite luxurious. Breakfast was good, rooms were clean and spacious.Good hotel, quiet, clean, very good connection with city centre, Schonefeld airport. Hotel was clean and food was good in restaurant. The hotel is located in a not to charming part of the city, about 10 km's from the citycenter. Hotel is about 300 meters away from the nearest metrostation. Frequent arriving metro's bring you in about 15 minutes to the citycenter. No problems. The coffee from breakfast whose horrible. The room is a little cold on the night.Very strange checking in - seemed to be no reception and waitress in restaurant gave us key. Staff gave wrong directions to S-Bahn and didn't speak English. Smelled of smoke on our floor but room was ok. Only got 1 tiny bar of soap first day which ran out and didn't get more.
