I liked the friendly welcome and the spacious, high ceilinged atmosphere
of an old house, very well renovated and provided with excellent
bathroom and kitchen. Lovely location for peope who like to stroll
around, enjoy the cafés everywhere and the concerts on the raw terrains.
We can check in earlier, about 11 a.m. The communication is well organised-7 minutes walk from S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations. The area is full of pubs, restaurants. There are 2 bathrooms for 3 double bedrooms which is convenient.all reviews »
Room was just what we wanted: clean, no frills, good value. Great place to stay, close to Berlin's best value bistros and clubs. Franziska was a great help and we liked everything about the stay.
Location is everything that is Berlin. Café across the road has fascinating delicious selection. Flea markets, quaint local bars & restaurants open until late.

Nice location very close to bars, restaurants etc. There is a supermarket not far away. The rooms are big and spacious, bathrooms clean.

We didn't receive useful map of Berlin-just the map with neighbourhood of this area. Despite earlier check-in we had to wait for keys more than 30 minutes. They knew what time we will arrive and agreed for check in on the morning but in spite of this room wasn't prepared for our arrival as soon as we counted on it.
Minor, but would have liked to have had two sets of room keys. Also had to use 3 separate keys for room entry, wish that the same key worked all the locks.

There is no room cleaning, no changing towels and people smoke indiscriminaly in their rooms. It is basically renting a room in a shared flat with no extra service at all.
