Cool style in both architecture and interior design. Really helpful staff, comfortable room. Just a couple minute walk to East Wall Gallery. Restaurant with spectacular view of the riverside and well-made breakfast. Cool events on weekend nights such as open-mic night or DJ night, making lounge full of audience; however, the soundproofing of lounge is quite well, which means you can still have a deep sleep even with a crowded lounge downstairs.

I liked the hotel in general. It's a musical one where the music is almost is everywhere, even in the elevaters. The desin of the room including the path is nice with a beautiful wall paint 4 the room. The room is provided with a smart screen where there is a list of new movies to be watched for fee. The room is also a good choice 4 married people specially the youth. I liked the bar and sometimes there might be parties take place in the hotel. The employees were overly friendly. I have never seen a hotel that implemented a design so well. Everything is held in pink, from the pillow over the reception to the toothbrush one gets when having forgotten his own. However, it is still not too much to take. Try the amazing cuisine in the hotel-own restaurant. It is worth every cent! We loved our stay!. Surrounding atmosphere, design, comfortable rooms, cleanness, nice view to the spree river, elegant decoration, many differents lounges to chill out. Staff who help with the bags. They let me do a very late check out without extra costs. The staff was great. They checked up on us to make sure everything was to our liking. They even provided us with a quick recording studio tour which we really appreciated. The Junior Suite was definitely worth the extra money. Cool design (and we never got tired of too much pink), really nice beds. Music is played everywhere. Not far from the metro. There is a very interesting area with loads of cool clubs/bars 10 minute walk from the hotel. Great location on the Spree river and close to public transpert, great staff responding superb to every single need and question including reception and bar, interesting and quiet room overlooking the Spree. The only major problem is their unstable Wi-fi service, so ask the reception for cable if you need internet connection for your laptop. 10 minute walk or longer from S-bahn & U-bahn. The only thing that I didn't like it is the internet where it's slow a little bit specially for youtubing. Found hair in my bed which was obvioulsy not from me or my friend. Front desk staff( completely arrogant - I though I was the service guy and they were the millionaire guests). They need to Be trained, really! The smell of towels in bathroom a little vinaigrette, dislike. Internet is really slow. Not recommended for anyone who needs to work online. On the other hand, it is one of a few German hotels where internet is provided for free. What did I not like...I don´t know. I will not rate it 5 star. A few 5 star facilities missing. Area is not nice and train station is about 15 min walk. There are stairs to access platforms so if you are carrying luggage it can be challenging. There are low end kebab and other shops and lots of graffiti . You will also see a good few drunk people around. Except for easy gallery you can't really go to any sights without taking transport. Nothing. Be prepared to get a taxi or train to the centre of town, train station only 5 minutes walk away though. slow wifi!. The steam room didn't work Weren't told that we needed to take a 1 Euro piece for the locker in the spa. Though it was wonderful hotel, price is still to high. Food was good, but could have been better. Also, it was weird not to have wall socket near office table. But all is minor! The big issue was privacy. Though I hanged DND sign,someone still entered my room and put a message. little space for free parking, not very comfy localization, being almost asked out of breakfast exactly at 10:30, credit card management (freezing enormous amount of money at check-in). Very disappointing guitar room service: no Gibson available! Staff doesn't know anything about guitars: when asked what kind of guitar we would get they would just say "it's a guitar"... We would expect a jacuzzi or a swimming pool in the spa of suc h a high standing hotel. Staff at the bar were very slow and distracted. We wait for 45 to get coffee and tea. nothing in particular, posssibly a bit more musical artefacts wouldnt go amiss.. the lobby was a bit spartan. Staff was not really friendly. Costumer service poor. Everything was perfect. The only thing was the wi-fi thing :) We had little work to do and we couldn't do that 'cause of the bad wi-fi... But besides that everything was prefect!. I didn't like that there was a set free for breakfast. I only had ceral and a cup of tea and still got charged 20 euros. nothing. A little bit far from other bars and restaurants - about 15 mins walk. Nothing in the immediate vicinity. Breakfast was okay but not special. I didnt like service on the reception deck. For example the request of ordering a taxi for 6 oclock was ignored. also they have a weird system of connecting to wifi. Every time you join a network you need to inscribe a password and a log in, which is irritatiting. Having some sneaky person charge drinks to my room. Id or room card should have been presented at the bar to charge to the room otherwise people can (and do) verbally give their room number. Location perfect for some activities but less good for others. interior of rooms not bad, although acquired taste. In My room (321) no wifi connection. The air conditioning in the room did not seem to work - room was warm & stuffy. Luckily we could open the window at night to get it to cool off. The breakfast was understaffed and service took forever. The food was good but the staff didn't/couldn't keep up with the crowd. the food could of been presented a little better.. a small salad on the side is always good. Billed as a 'music hotel', but no DJ on Saturday night! Rooms weren't cleaned very thoroughly. The staff wasn't very kind. Ikea feel. The blanket is sooo warm I woke up many times. In the morning made was trying to enter our room without any knocking…. Nothing. Value for money.
