Smart location, stylish interior created by a reputable modern designer, nice lobby bar, big state-of-the-art rooms, friendly staff - what else would you expect from a hotel in the heart of Berlin?

I tried hard to find at least one small detail about this hotel which I dislike, but I failed...

The staff are very friendly, helpful especially the reception staff. The room and bed are very comfortable and I like the modern design, facilities and atmosphere of the hotel. The food was excellent and the location is very central. Definitely I will come back and recommend it to my friends. I do enjoy very much my stay in this hotel. Thanks for the staff who were so friendly and nice to me!

Great location, helpful staff, business breakfast option (if you prefer a cheaper alternative to the breakfast buffet), very well maintained fitness room, comfortable beds (...would have taken mine home with me!) and quiet rooms despite of the central location, size of the single rooms quite spacious. The place to stay in Berlin!!!

A chamber maid came crashing into my room at 8.20am. Probably my fault as I didn't put the Do Not Disturb sign up but I would have thought there was a system where reception could tell them whether people have checked out or not...

Excellent location for tourists just south of Zoologischer Garten, meaning excellent public transit to both airports. The hotel itself is impeccably clean and polished. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak excellent english. The loft-style rooms facing the front street are gigantic with a kitchen, dining table and microwave which is super useful for preparing your own breakfast. Excellent sound insulation, you can't hear anything from the main street.

Although the hotel is impeccably clean and modern, there is something cold about the room design, E.G. the floor in the room is tile rather than carpet. The hotel seems to be optimized for business travellers rather than couples or families.

IT was uber modern and perfect for my mom and me. It works as a business hotel with a bar downstairs. The bathroom was quite brilliant with a large rainforest shower head and heated mirror which didn't fog up after showering. There was a nice arrangement of amenities in the bathroom to use. The location of H10 is perfect as it is very close to several U bahn stops as well as bus stops.

The breakfast was prohibitively expensive. The mini bar was well stocked yet it was hard to utilize the refrigerator bc of how stocked it was.

The hotel is conveniently located (practically on top of a metro) and the staff are excellent. The room layout was good and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi connection worked great on my computer.

The Wi-Fi connection was unstable on my handy, but this is minor because you connect as many devices to Wi-Fi as you want. It worked well on my computer.

The room we got was beautiful, spatious and well furbished.

Beds are very hard, extra stuffings were available but still... We were at the front of the building and couldn't sleep with the windows open due to the noise...

This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice. Afer the four nights stay I feel that hotels near Zoological Garten station is best used as a base if comparing other areas like Alexanderplatz and Hauptbahnhof. Counter staff are very courteous , room is modern, spacious and clean, bed and pillow are very comfortable, breakfast captain is very helpful. U9 Bahn is directly next to the hotel but no noise is detected. From Tegal airport, direct bus X9, stop at zoological garten, walk 5 mins or take U9 Bahn exit Ku,damm ( direction : Joachimstaler Str. ) if the weather is bad.

The perfect location to explore Berlin. We also liked the design of the hotel lobby and that of our room.

Although there was a large choice for breakfast, the quality of some of the products was disappointing. Also, in this price range/category we expected fresh orange juice.
