  Staff was outstanding. Got in late after dinner was served, staff still made us sandwiches. Hotel is very neat. Came back to stay the second night and had and excellent dinner. Let them know if you want smoking or none smoking room.   We needed to stay for an appointment at Landstuhl. The hotel is conveniently located minutes from both Ramstein and Landstuhl. We stayed in a family sized room and were very pleased. The room was very big and easily fit our family of six. The outside/ backyard area is great for kids. There is a large yard to run in as well as a very big, multiple ... what people say » story play house for the kids to play in. Also, the daily breakfast is great with both German and American foods served. - What charming and welcoming staff! Our rooms were spacious and very clean and accomodating. Our daughter's room even had a small efficiency kitchen! We did not need that, but what a nice feature. Breakfast was delicious! Many many choices. If one went hungry, it was his own fault. We found more than enough to please us and the small children who were traveling with us. Also nicely located in the Kaiserslautern/Ramstein area, close to all US facilities.

  Fabulous place - a real find. Warm and welcoming host for whom nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful house, comfortable bed. The area is very quiet so a great nights sleep. The food was excellent, the rooms are newly remodeled, and the hotel is on the main street of a quiet little village.   We loved that our stay was in an apartment-style room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. He didn't stay at the hotel with us, but he only lived a few minutes away and responded quickly when we called him. We enjoyed the view from there and found it very relaxing.
