Our rich and sumptuous, varied breakfast buffet provides the perfect start to the day. In the afternoon we serve delicious cake and treats with coffee, as well as ice cream specialties. By fine weather you can dine on our pretty terrace.

In the evening we serve home-made, regional specialties and also have an à la carte menu. All year long we serve a range of delectable game dishes, thanks to the Baiersbronner Forest near by. We also serve a selection of fine wines and home-made fruit liquors.

Baiersbronn is the ideal base for a whole range of excursions within the Black Forest region and beyond.

Ruhestein, Kniebis, the Black Forest High Route and Lake Mummelsee can all be reached with ease by car, bike or on a hiking tour. Baiersbronn’s "Holzweg" ("wood trail") offers fun for the whole family, while Lake Sankenbachsee is the perfect spot for relaxation and barbecues. Idyllic towns such as Sasbach-Walden and Kappelrodeck invite you to go for hikes amid vineyards.

Nearby you find Freudenstadt with its well-known market square and attractive shops. Karlsruhe can be reached by tram from Baiersbronn in 90 minutes, and here you can enjoy the wonderful Murgtal Valley.

Furthermore, the Alsace, the Vosges Mountains, Strasbourg, Freiburg, Lake Constance and the renowned castle in Lichtenstein can be reached in approximately 2 hours.
