A good value hotel in a pleasant spa town within 30mins of the Mosel Valley. A little hospital like in places... My reservation, number 619429994, never reached the hotel. When we arrived (24/5) the hotel was fully booked with no double rooms left. Unfortunately our family (2+1child) was accommodated by the hotel in two single rooms. How do You explain this????.
