Staff service and friendliness was more than excellent. The owners really do their best to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The room (apartment) was large and had everything we needed. The location is nice, quite close to the center and with a view on the castle. Breakfast was great. Compliments for how they arranged breakfast for one of us with a gluten allergy. Staff & management made us very welcome, were very approachable and happy to help. Breakfast was excellent - we stayed over Easter holiday weekend when there were extra touches like coloured eggs and chocolate on the breakfast table.
