  Helpful staff, very clean modern rooms, and quiet. A 15 min walk to the Messe showground, about 10 minutes from Riem station. We checked in early and dropped bags off which was very helpful. Breakfast was good and fresh too. Had a shuttle to Messe as well - I was attending a course so it was very close by and handy for the S bahn.
