The hotel room was larger modern, and plush! My husband loved the breakfast of eggs, sausages, breads, cereals, etc. - The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Approx 60 miles SW from Munich & 1/2-way between the Bodensee where Germany, Austria & Switzerland meet. About 15 mins from the small airport. It is used by lo-cost airlines to serve Munich. Storchenfarbe is a 15th century building, completely restored into luxury apartments and a small house, nicely fitted-out with everything one needs. Although some of the décor was a bit dated everything was of top quality and the whole hotel was immaculately clean.
