  One of the finest hotels we've ever stayed at. The old town location is perfect, a short walk to all the sites. Free on-site parking. Immaculate room, everything was brand new and clean. The grounds are beautifully done, with a fountain in the courtyard and access to the river with a bench where you can sit and relax. A nice buffet selection with eggs, bacon, bread, cheese, sweet breads, etc. The staff were welcoming and profess - Driving in Erfurt is a bit of a challenge but once at the hotel you can walk everywhere in the old city. Free parking,internet access was nice. We had a large double room and it was a a nice size, clean and quite. Had breakfast one day, good but it was an extra charge. Apartment is also very close to a large number of good places to eat.

  Good location, close to the autobahn. Very good meal in the resturant and a nice breakfast in the morning. The resturant seemed to be very popular with the locals. The staff was all very nice and spoke some English. - I think the hotel had just opened, so a few things were still not in place.   The apartment was spacious, well decorated and immaculately clean. The kitchen was adequate to prepare simple meals, although there was no-where to drain dishes. It was a five minute walk to the tram stop which takes you to the centre and the trams run very regularly. - The staff were very fiendly as were other people staying at the aparment hote... what people say » l.
