  This is a perfectly adequate mid-range budget hotel, in a modern building and therefore without any historical character! It is situated a short walk from Augsburg's main rail station (although rather further than we had been led to believe). Good access to local restaurants and shops, although at present it is a bit of a walk to reach most public... what people say » transport facilities. Augsburg as a city does not disappoint - it has a splendid collection of old buildings including one of the finest Town Halls i - We were pleasantly surprised, Ibis Augsburg and Augsburg itself far exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly, efficient and hard-working. It was a great room layout, very comfortable bed, fabulous location, walk everywhere and two minutes from station. Value for money

  the very good value for money. Everything there was easy for access. We could walk to the city center in two minutes. Parking on the street free in between 6pm and 10am.
