The entire staff always had a smile and was willing to help us with any questions we had. Whether it was about the hotel or a location we were going to..Being from the USA, and out of the country for the first time, not knowing about Germany, or locations they always made sure we were confident by time we walked out side. The staff was very helpful and made us feel right at home.... Very confortable and quiet room with a view on the parc. we were able to have the Spa just for the two of us from 19.30 to 22.00 as no one was there at this time. Very professional staff.

Some residual smell of smoking in a non-smoking room. The price of breakfast and the bar drinks prices, they were over thetop. No internet availability in room. Charges for every little thing, similar to other European hotels. Usually I eat very little for brekfast. Therefore for me it was tooexpensive (21 eur). On Sunday, only German newspapers were available around the hotel. No hotel users guide in the room - little information on the city availalbe-no kettle in room - poor selection of english tv programmes for 5star hotel. The prices of the restaurant are rather steep as well the ones for the wine. Beds and pilows. room service - taking more time to prepare the meal plus poor english. the wireless is too slow. Entry to my room without knocking, staff unable to provide me with a comb, suggesting walking to the city centre.
