Excellent and very nice staff. The hotel is located at the foot of a hill which has great views to the city (views from the rooms and views from the breakfast area, which even has a fantastic patio). It's a short 10 minute walk down-hill to a main avenue (Rustavelli), which offers many local restaurants, cafes and shopping options. As this walk to and from the hotel is on a hill, the return can be a bit heavy at times, but cabs are VERY cheap (just make sure you agree to the price before gettin.

Great boutique hotel in downtown Tbilisi. The view of the city from the breakfast room alone is enough to elevate this hotel to GREAT! The staff is helpful, they provide low-cost transport to and from the airport and the rooms are clean and comfortable (and quiet!). The cuisine staffs were very friendly and serving like a family. The staffs of the hotel were also helpful and ready to serve the guests by all means. In general the place was peaceful and I personally liked it although it was in February. Excellent views and location - up a steep hill, so requires a hike, but close to lots of activities and the center of town. Room was very large and spacious. Front desk staff was incredibly helpful when needed. Overall a fine hotel. This was my fifth visit to Tbilisi and Betsy's was the best hotel I stayed at ever. The hotel and the room was clean, the breakfast and the amenities were ok, the personnel was kind, and the view of the city was great. The staff here were very friendly and helped at every turn. It was also useful that they were all fluent in English - we had found Georgians not able to speak English in most places. A little noisy at night,because the bar is near the room,and the cleanser close the door strengthly!. It is a little bit long to get to the old city but the taxi is very cheap. However the hotel's city view worth it. Two-room suite has no door between the two "rooms". Restaurant only offers a small buffet in the evening. Location is an uphill trek from town with little of interest in the immediate area of the hotel. Pool isn't heated. Some noisy and mindless americans (the friday's "happy hour": a nightmare!). There is no good restaurants near this hotel. WiFi network was not stable, 2 or 3 times a day I had to seach for network. Then, it would be fine again after a few minutes. Nothing much. Not sure about 80-90s music in bar but with Georgian beer it sounded fab. No Comments. Google map gave us wrong directions (we were traveling by car). the hotel is on a hill, and climbing up is a little exhausting, so you have to take a taxi. Building layout was routine. Just nitpicking, but mount for shower head was too high on wall. It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Noise from the elevator could be heard from the room located at the fourth floor. Up out of the heart of things - better to stay at if you already know tiblisi. Unfortunately dinner in the evening is a self service buffet, with limited choice. Dinner time ends quite early, so if you want to eat later you need to go out of the hotel. cold coffe. Ladies at the reception could've smiled more often. the pool was too small. It was an old lady on breakfast service wich I think was the mother of the owner,that she was very unpolite. 1. it is impossible to drink tea after 00:00 - the bar is closed 2. breakfast - there were no porridges. Sometimes it was very noisy outside in the night. The noice form the new building under construction. Nothing. They cancelled my reservation without informing me , so when we arrived at 1 am , they refused to give us our rooms because the hotel was full !!!. Location. NA. I booked 1 nights in letsbookhotel.com but the hote was full booked as the staff told me in 19/4/2013. Small room, a bit expensive for it. 1) rooms - renovation is needed 2) comfort - they have to work on it - towels were dirty, tap water flow was very poor (we lived on the 3rd floor). We booked a room with a balcony and were given a room without any balcony. No possibility to change room Very poor skills in English of the staff Dinner is so so... Breakfast is just OK. Old part of the hotel is a bit worn out. I had to ask to change the room. Size of room :( rooms are very very small.. Location because if you plan to walk to shops and resturants you need to go uphill.
