The staff where very polite and helpful. The rooms where comfortable and quiet.Friendly staff. Good location. Our oom had a fridge which was very handy with a toddler!. Nice atmosphere.Excellent restaurant meal even though menu is limited. Cheery staff.

When I left the hotel before 7.00 (breakfast opening) I could't even drink anything.Hotel is slightly run down and located in a mini-industrial park (the woodland views comments are correct). Room lighting is poor.The staff in the bar and restaurant were very slow and not veryinterested in pleasing their customers. The name of the hotel haschanged and so finding it was not easy.directions were poor...lack of facilities in room e.g. no hair dryer.
