Extremely gently staff. Only one night, but good breakfast and everything adequate. Very helpful gentleman on reception when we arrived. Easy to find, dining area close to rooms. Quiet room. Convenient location. conveniently located. retaurant. breakfast. Evening meal was not to British taste. Pillows on bed very poor. Security could be a problem with access to hotel bedroom area through uncontrolled side entrance and not via main reception area.
