A damage deposit of EUR 900 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of 22 € applies for arrivals between 21h and midnight A surcharge of 44€ applies for arrivals between midnight and 6H All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
