Claire took great care to ensure our 90 year old dad was comfortable. She was very patient with me as I negotiated my way around letsbookhotel.com. I had entered incorrect dates of our stay and she responded to each of my emails promptly to help me sort it out. Dinner at the hotel was like a michelin star restaurant. was very quiet. When we inadvertently left something behind we were
immediately telephoned and it was sent on in the most efficient
way. Nothing was too much trouble, the owners were really friendly
